Hi there. I’m Bill Yé. 

My broad and varied experience has given me the insights and ‘know-how’ to lead programs that span the modern marketing functions and tools landscape your organization deploys every day.

My unique insights unlocked the chance to work with some of the world’s most significant brands, including adidas, Bayer, Coca-Cola, ConAgra, Galderma, GSK, Intel, Nike, Sherwin-Williams, Sprite, and Walgreens.

What’s my superpower? And what does it mean to you?

I am a strategic marketing leader with the experience to quickly grasp your leadership’s macro view, and then translate and move into the micro execution view – whether a business plan, a marketing ops process improvement, or a campaign-level program.  The difference I bring is aptitude (knack, talent, appetite) and road-tested methods to unite and align teams across discipline, and across organizations.  For you, this translates into aligned teams reaching your goals and prioritizing work to get the biggest impact.  

I have helped clients structure programs and led implementations from within an agency, navigating the demands of workload, deadlines, and the pursuit of new business. I’ve also enjoyed success with in-house organizations that need KPIs to improve and value to capture and communicate across their wider internal customer base.

I lead with a pragmatic perspective, having delivered work in roles ranging from developer and technical director to program director and product owner. I have experience deploying—and cleaning up—diverse platforms across the modern digital ecosystem. These include CRMs, data analytics and preprocessing, content and search optimization, SEM, creative execution, accessibility standards, and the evolving integration of AI across these tools.
