Hi there. I’m Bill Yé.
My broad and varied experience bought me the insights and ‘know-how’ to lead programs cutting across the broad modern marketing functions and tools landscape your organization deploys every day. My unique insights unlocked the chance to work with some of the world’s most significant brands; including adidas, Bayer, Coca-Cola, ConAgra, Galderma, GSK, Intel, Nike, Sherwin-Williams, Sprite, and Walgreens. Through these opportunities, I was fortunate enough to enjoy a number of successes, a few of which are:
- Experience-centric innovation — Deployed the first iPad application into a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company and helped promote, launch, and train users.
- Better results through a better customer experience — Led a team improving loyalty programs for one of the world’s largest pharmacy chains.
- Streamlined technical debt to serve business goals and customer expectations -— Unified the underlying technology, content deployment, and support procedures of more than 30 disparate web properties for a global leader in paint and coating products — improving the client team’s internal reputation by bringing support request expectations from weeks and months down to hours and days.

I am a strategic marketing leader with the experience to quickly grasp your leadership’s macro view, and then translate and move into the micro execution view – whether a business plan, a marketing ops process improvement, or a campaign-level program. I have helped clients structure programs and led implementations from inside an agency, navigating the demands of workload, deadlines, and the pursuit of new business. I’ve equally enjoyed success from in-house organizations who need to have KPIs to improve – and value to capture and communicate across your wider internal customer base.
I lead with a pragmatic perspective because I have delivered work in roles from developer and technical director to program director and product owner. I have experience deploying – and cleaning up – diverse platforms in the modern digital ecosystem. These include CRMs, data analytics and data pre-processing, content and search optimization, SEM, creative execution, accessibility standards, and the evolving integration of AI across these tools.
